How do i stop the arrow keys from scrolling the page

Please help i can't play any games or anything because every time to go to use the up and down buttons the page scrolls up and down PLEASE HELP

If you're "on line" (using a browser) that's what the arrows do. Perhaps there are instructions for the game that will tell you how to play it or how to download a plug-in to change the way things normally work.
