IE 9 Problem - Website Name No Longer in Upper Left Corner

In IE 8, when I would open a website, the website name would be in the upper left corner. With IE 9, however, that area is blank. What do I need to do to make it appear again?

reckon they did away with it - you might be able to tweak it back in, though..
