Hello Buggatti, and welcome to Seven Forums.
Sorry, but no. IE9 completely replaces IE8 during the installation/upgrade to IE9.
You can either only have IE9, or uninstall IE9 to go back to IE8.

tell me one thing
i have 64 bit Windows 7
if i install ie9 32 bit will it effect my ie8 64 bit edition
It won't let you install Internet Explorer 9 32-bit only. It will then tell you that you need to install the 64-bit version, which will fully upgrade you to 9 beta. If you just want to try the engine of Internet Explorer 9 but still keep 8 around, then you can install Platform Preview 5 of IE 9, which is the engine that the beta uses. Just go to Internet Explorer 9 Test Drive and click on "or get Platform Preview 5" and follow the download link.
Alternatively, you could set up a Virtual Machine to test Internet Explorer 9.
You can just hit F12 and click the "browser mode" button at the top in ie9 beta to select ie8 mode.
or you could try IETester.
My DebugBar | IETester / Browser Compatibility Check for Internet Explorer Versions from 5.5 to 9
or you could use Browser sandbox, though a plugin may be required.

My daughter needs to run IE8 on my Windows 7 Operating System here at home in order to run her software which allows her to "Work-from-home". Any idea how I can go back to IE8 now that I have already upgraded to IE9?
To Nimb4:
Thank you so very much. I have gone somewhere I have never been befor! I will have her check to see if this solves her problem with her companies software.
Using F12 to switch between IE9 and IE8 does not work for my Daughter's Office Software.
Safari Web Browser works up until Safari reads her 'Certificate'.
There are 2 Certificates in Internet Explorer 9, 1) Root=mine; 2) Daughter's Certificate for her Software to enable her desktop from home.
Does Safari have 'Certificates'? How do I access them? How do I get Safari to access her Certificate?
