Windows Live Mail 2011 constantly crashes

Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with Windows Live Mail 2011. It crashes everytime I use it. Sometimes it crashes immediately on startup, other times it crashes a couple minutes after startup. Here's my error message:

    Description
    Stopped working
    Faulting Application Path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Live\Mail\wlmail.exe

    Problem signature
    Problem Event Name: APPCRASH
    Application Name: wlmail.exe
    Application Version: 15.4.3508.1109
    Application Timestamp: 4cda7a4f
    Fault Module Name: ntdll.dll
    Fault Module Version: 6.1.7600.16559
    Fault Module Timestamp: 4ba9b29c
    Exception Code: c0000005
    Exception Offset: 00038c19
    OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3

Any help solving would be greatly appreciated. WLM is my preferred email client and I don't want to have to switch to something else.

Maybe a repair on WLM will sort it.

I've tried repairing, as well as uninstalling/reinstalling, and nothing has worked. It keeps crashing still.

ntdll.dll points towards the Windows Kernel itself, if I'm not mistaken.
Have you recently run an antivirus/antimalware scan on your PC to ensure you don't have any viruses and other bad guys?

I got Microsoft Security Essentials running daily quick scans.

Is your internet explorer working OK? How long has WLM been problematic.

I use Mozilla Firefox. But IE seems to work fine.

It's a new PC, I bought it 6 days ago. WLM worked fine for 2 days and then started crashing uncontrollably afterwards.

As Gornot said the ntdll.dll points to the windows kernel. Download the free version of malwarebytes anti malware update it and then run a full scan. It may pick something up that MSE is missing if indeed there is a nasty lurking somewhere.

I ran the full scan with Malware Bytes and it found nothing.

Guess I'm gonna give up and switch to another client. Thanks for trying to help, though.
