    Weird message

Just happened recently. When I click a link in the incoming email, instead of jumping to the related page, I got this message:
" This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."
I really do not understand it, and do not know why it happen. This is my computer at home, and I am the only one who uses it.
Anybody can help explaining and show me how to solve it?
    Thanks,
      My Computer

Is this an office computer or it is in your home ? If it is in the office, the authority might have disabled something . But if it is a home computer, first check the firewall settings, or try with a different browser .

Thanks for the reply. I will try to see what is the case.
The computer is mine (at home).
The problem may be due to recently download and use Google Chrome 11 Beta. I want to uninstall it, but when go to control panel, it does not show Chrome program for me to uninstall. How can I uninstall Chrome?

    Hi!

You can try Revo Uninstaller, there's an option to force uninstalling...
Revo Uninstaller Pro - Uninstall Software, Remove Programs easily

Unfortunately this is a trial version, but you can have a free portable version with the Liberkey...
Revo Uninstaller portable (System utilities / Cleaner - uninstaller) - LiberKey - Portable applications catalog

I hope this will help... Good luck!!!

Edit : Correction : "Forcing uninstalling" is not able in the portable version...

    Did you install the trial?

if so, you have a button " Force uninstalling" or something like that (i'll add screenshots), when you clic, you're asked to browse to an executable.
So you go to your program folder, where GC is installed, you select "googlechrome.exe" (or the name of the GC executable, then "ok"...
    Revo will do the next...

See this exemple (here with CdBurnerXP, but i didn't complete the uninstallation...)
