Import bookmarks into IE9 from FireFox 4

I'm trying to import my bookmarks from FireFox 4 into IE9. I'm doing the import in IE9 and it says it was successful but they aren't there. Can't find organize bookmarks in FireFox 4 either.

    For firefox 4:

Bookmarks -> Show all bookmarks -> Organize (obvious isn't it )
Also Bookmarks -< Show All bookmarks -> Import and backup

Don't know about IE9, but save as html from firefox. I would imagine IE9 can import from html.

Yes that is what I finally did after I found out where organize bookmarks was in FireFox 4. Thank You for your response.Well stupid me, I didn't think Show All Bookmarks would bring up Organize bookmarks. Why didn't they just say Organize Bookmarks.

In the other versions of FireFox it was called Organize Bookmarks, but since this is version 4 we have to have change so we'll call it Show All Bookmarks. Anybody knows that means organize.
