irritating IE9 addons

everytime i start IE9, it asks me do i want to disable add ons or not, why dont it stops asking the same Q

I have done that, adjusted the add ons, and it still asks.

I noticed this also, but I found in the "ask me later" box there is an option to select when the notice appears. I set mine to notify me when slowdown is over 10 seconds, and I haven't seen it since.
