| Windows 7: Unknown Timeout Issue |

#1 | | Windows 7 Professional 64bit |
Unknown Timeout Issue I have recently run into an issue where I am having timeout issues with a couple of websites. The problem is that I can not access them on my laptop while I am on my home network. When I take my laptop to school, work, or I am on a friend network I can access them but not at home. On my home network I can access them on any other computer or device that is connected through that network.
I have tried in all of the browsers on my computer (FF4, IE9, and Safari) and pinged the site and every attempt times out. Again, this does not happen if I take my laptop to another network.
I use Windows 7 Pro 64bit. I connected my laptop straight into my modem to see if it was happening because of my switch, but it still happens even then.
Things I have tried:
I turned off my firewall.
Went through my internet options and deleted the data for the two sites
Cleared my cache and cookies
Turned off my IPV6
Set each of my browsers so that they can go through my firewall when it is on.
ipconfig /release and ipconfig /renew
Unplugged and let my modem sit for 10 hours while my laptop was also turned off for 10 hours after I did the ipconfig /release
I have confirmed that I am not IP blocked from the websites or banned in any way.
If anyone has any ideas that could help I would appreciate it more than you could know. | My System Specs |

VEW may give a clue as to what is causing the connection to timeout.
Download VEW by Vino Rosso http://images.malwareremoval.com/vino/VEW.exe
and save it to your desktop
Double click it to start it Note: If running Windows Vista or Windows 7 you will need to right click the file and select Run as administrator and click Continue or Allow at the User Account Control Prompt.
Click the check boxes next to Application and System located under Select log to query on the upper left
Under Select type to list on the right click the boxes next to Error and Warning Note: If running Windows Vista or Windows 7 also click the box next to Critical (not XP).
Under Number or date of events select Number of events and type 20 in the box next to 1 to 20 and click Run
Once it finishes it will display a log file in notepad
