    Downloading from internet with windows 7


    Even after many updates from microsoft I still couldn't succeed in downloading a decent size from internet such as office 2007 trial which is always interrupted by error.

    don't you have resume option? to continue the download from where you stoped?
    I recommend you try IDM ( Internet Download Manager ) or Getright or DownloadAccelerator

    Which browser are you using? I find that usually, Firefox does a better job than IE8.

    Also it may not be on your end, it may be the M$ servers. I sometimes have gotten errors also from their servers.

    And within your browser param check your security and privacy mostly under Tools > Internet Options.
