Windows 7 - Possible to monitor computer browser not on network?

I need to monitor a computer when i am traveling, the computer will not be on my network and i would like to monitor and track the websites visited while i am away

Could someone recommend some software?

I'm not quite sure if this will fit the bill for your needs, but teamviewer let's you view the screen, however the user is made aware by it and a huge box pops up in the middle of the screen once you disconnect. However, it does work on any computer in the world, whether Windows, Mac OS and Linux and you can also run the viewer on iPhones/iPod Touches and iPads.

Actually, just had a thought. You could then view the Internet history within teamviewer when they aren't on it. It will leave that dialog box though :/

so will they know when im remoting in?

Unfortunately TeamViewer leaves Notifications everywhere, but I think Windows Remote Desktop stays clean, but I'd recommend you test it out first before implementing
