Outlook 2010

I have outlook 2010 and Yahoo !Singapore to forward Pop3. It I seem to receive my mail very slow. As we speak A email I received in my web browser still has not been received in outlook even though i click send receive all folders. It I checked the Show progress and it says 2 of 2 completed I.E sending and receiving. This IS my first version of outlook I have ever used, and it may just be like that, or maybe its Yahoo trying to get me to upgrade to Yahoo Plus, IDK but if you have any suggestions it would help alot, THNX

Have you received any messages from your Yahoo account?
Are the accounts set up correctly in Outlook - did you do a test email during the set up?:
Add or remove an e-mail account - Outlook - Microsoft Office

Have you set the automatic Send/Receive frequency?
Check for new messages interval in Outlook 2010 | MSOutlook.info
.
.
Edit:
Have you set the POP3 Option:
Quote:
Once you have subscribed to Yahoo Deliver service, Login into your Yahoo Email and Go to “Option” -> “POP Access & Forwarding
Select “Web & POP Access” and save
.
.
.
