| | BACK UP EMAILS RECEIVED IN WIN 7 I have several emails in my received email file in Win 7 how do I copy them to my external drive from Win 7. MS help desk did not have an answer other just copy them !!  |

| | MS probably thought you meant you meant what you said. Several emails - not an entire folder, there might be hundreds or thousands in a folder. To back up just a few selected emails, you can indeed copy them Open the email and click File>Save As. |
