IE9 problem opening up monster.com website

My computer just yesterday stopped opening up monster.com's website. When I put in the URL it changes it to Find Jobs. Build a Better Career. Find Your Calling. | Monster.com and then does nothing. The little circle in the taskbar that circles when loading or reloading just spins continuously. I don't know if it always changed it to that before or not. What does ?disRE=true mean? The website will open with Firefox. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hi k9midas and welcome to SF!
I typed "www.monster.com" and this would be the start page - see below?
After adding "? DISR = true" to the address I was taken to the page "http://www.monster.com/geo/siteselection". Try loading the site through the address to which I was directed. If not, press Ctrl + Shift + Del, delete browsing history and then try browsing again.
Let us know the results.
