Windows 7: WLM Hotmail Accounts are there, but all Storage Folders are missing

Briefly, this is a new Laptop with Windows 7. I've installed Windows Live Mail and added the two Accounts that I had previously at Windows Vista. OK, so it took forever for all of each Account's Folders to download and install, but - shock and horror....my relevant Storage Folders which were common to both Accounts have been left behind - they have not been included in the setup. And nor is there even a folder named as the Storage Folder, in the new setup.



I've been doing a bit of troubleshooting, and managed to stumble upon this Tutorial;

Windows Easy Transfer & Outlook Express

...and am wondering if I follow the steps outlined in the Tutorial, if it will 'fix' the problem as outlined above?

Other than that I'm kinda lost without half of my Hotmail Account Files.
