Windows 7: Browsers blocking site access

I have just set up a new system running Windows 7 Professional 64 bit. For some reason I cannot access certain sites in any browser (IE, Firefox or Safari (Haven't tried Chrome yet)). Example sites that are blocked may be redirects such as those starting with Email Marketing Software & Email Marketing Services from AWeber. I can easily access the same addresses from my old XP Pro system. Anybody got any suggestions as to how to get round this?

Thanks Brian, but the problem occurs across all browsers (now including Chrome). I am now getting 404.0 error pages coming up that mention IIS 7.5. I don't know if IIS is the culprit but this is getting ridiculous. I am now unable to log in to a membership site with the same credentials that work fine on my XP Pro system. I have turned Windows Firewall off but still nothing.
