website's security certificate

do i have a virus that Microsoft Security Essentials is not picking up or what's going on here, everytime i try to logon to (banking,netflix,newegg) i get this page come up. never happen before today and i didn't download anything in like the past week.

What's weird. Have checked those sites, looks good.

Time and date settings are correct? Have you tried alternative browsers? Have you updated windows today?

I can tell you without even asking....your clock/date/time zone are wrong.

you got it right.
the date for some reason went back to 2001 in my bios. not sure what happen but it's fixed now .
