Browser Hijack issue

So awhile back i tried to get on internet explorer, but everytime i got on, it redirected me to a page that couldnt be found. even when i typed in a different website, it would start to go there, and then be redirected. i have tried downloading other browsers from my flash drive, but both google chrome and mozilla had the same problem. i have also been running HijackThis CWShredder, to no avail. AVG and spybot both did not detect anything. This is sort of my last resort before i just wipe my computer clean and redownload windows 7, which i really dont want to do.

Oh and just additionl information, the web adress of the page that im redirecting to on internet explorer is

res://C:\Windows\system32\shdoclc.dll./navcancl.htm

Please post anything you think will work

Welcome to Seven Forums MagikMaker. If after running MalwareBytes, the problem remains. You likely have some sort of infection. You may have to post a HijackThis log. I am not sure if any of our members do full HijackThis log analysis, but post in the Security forum and ask. If not, we can point you towards a dedicated HijackThis forum.
