| | How do I rearrange tool bars? I have two toolbars in IE 9 that are both very short. I would like to merge them on the same line. I used to be able to do this by clickin on the handle on the left end, then move it when a 4 point arrow showed up, which it is now NOT showing up. Any help? |

| | You should be able to right click on any toolbar line, make sure "lock toolbar" is unchecked. Then go to the left side of a toolbar and drag it. |

| | I know I sound like an idiot, but this is just not working. When I right click on a tool bar, all I get is the toolbar menu to pick which ones I want. The Lock Tool bars is NOT checked. When i go to move the toolbars, the ones I want to merge will not. |

| | After you've unlocked your toolbar, you have to hover your mouse slowly over the right or left edge of the toolbar to display the double-headed arrow ⬍ icon. Then you can resize it. |
