format windows live mail with sound

Does anyone know how to format Windows Live Mail on Windows 7 Pro how to format Live Mail with sound that opens and plays while reading the message. I know how to do that with Outlook Express. I goggled the question and never get a complete answer, I do hear that the email program called Outlook can do this. I have not been installing that program, it comes with Office 2007 and do not rely like it. I have the windows live Mail update called Exxentials 2011 with the links across the top look like word 2011.

    Windows backtround dound

Thanks for your reply, however, I was on that same page for an hour trying to find a place that said open Windows Live mail essentials 2011, start a new message, format that message for sound by clikcing here, locate a midi, wave or what ever and place it here. ALL the links to pages that the text said would tell me how to configure Windows Live Mail with sound DID NOT TELL ME THAT. ?Several wanted me to get thre email package that would do it or get this fancy stationary, none of which I wanted. One link said download Incredamail, it supports sounds.

I ALLREADY know how to format Outlook Express messages for stationary and sound, but have found nothing in any of the sites that stated that they were going to tell me how to do it. MY PRIMARY QUESTION was how to do it withing Windows Live Mail essentials 2011 using Windows 7 Pro.

If you have been usccesfull in finding a real link on the page link you sent would really appreciate you sending me that link, I sure cannot find it.

    Again Thanks for repling.

it seems that microsoft have removed the ability to add a background sound from the 2011 version of live mail.

the only 'media' you can insert now are hyperlinks and emoticons - a very strange definition of media, but there you are.

i personally used wlm 2011 for only a couple of weeks before reverting back to 2009.
