Flash full screen leaving empty space on top and bottom of my screen

When I play any flash videos in full mode on my second screen, there is empty space on the bottom and top of my screen. This started happening recently and I am not sure what caused it. If I move the video over to my primary screen, I can view the video in full mode with any white borders. I am including 2 images to show the difference. On my primary screen you see that the video takes advantage of my whole screen, while on the secondary screen, there is empty space on top and bottom. This just started happening recently and I am trying to figure out what is causing it. The resolution on my primary screen is 1600 x 900 and on secondary screen is 1440 x 900.

My first guess without knowing anything else is this is simply the graphic driver/card's way of dealing with the aspect ratio difference between the two monitors. It is possible this only started after a update to the flash player or graphics driver, I don't really see it as anything to be concerned about, and more than likely a great deal more trouble to solve than it's worth.
