I've tried most of the day trying to display the menu bar in IE9 running on windows 7 home
Tried pressing alt and downloading a registry fix but no success
I could do with an idiots guide to solving this simple(?) problem:

Launch IE9 and right-click the top of your screen, then choose Menu Bar from the list displayed.

Be sure that you are right clicking on a blank area in the toolbar/tabs area at the top of IE9.

Thanks I've right clicked everywhere but no menu bar (It shows favourites,command & status)
HOWEVER looking in view,toolbars the Menu bar is there and it's checked but I still can't see it.
All I want to do is add multiple signatures to my e mail accounts!!!!
Have you tried the steps in Option One here?

It does mention that if you forced it off, you wouldn't get the Menu Bar option in the right click context menu.
Perhaps try the force "on" reg download?

The option Aaron (Airbot) posted above may work for you then.
Where did you get your copy of IE9 from, and how did you install it? It sounds like the behavior of the IE9 beta version instead of the IE9 final RTM version through Windows Update.
I'm aware of that. lol
