Suddenly I can't open url in mail

I use Outlook 2007. I had some upgrades in Windows 7 64 bit and now, when I get urls embedded in mail (news etc) I get a dialogue box saying due to restrictions. Contact your system adminstrator. Help much appreciated.

Thank you, but did not work.

I did Mr. Fixit and downloaded and installed. But problem persists. I posted notice to Microsoft to that effect. Also forgot there is a notice saying iMesh is causing problems "uninstall". I cannot find iMesh in the Control Panel list of installed softwares.

Bummer. You might try downloading Free Revo Uninstaller. See if it can find and delete iMesh. I see many posts about difficulty uninstalling iMesh. Even some that suggest installing latest version to overwrite current, then uninstalling that. A Guy

It is most likely that your browser does not have all its defaults....

Start > Default Programs > Set Your Default Programs > left side, click at your main browser > does it say " This program gas all its defaylts " ?
If no, click Choose Defaults for this Program > put a checkmark on each entry under the lsit > click Save when done.

Also make sure your Outlook is your default e-mail client.

OK, this appears to be a common problem (I don't use Outlook myself). There are many suggested fixes. I will let you read and decide. 1st mentioned is to reset IE, then to reset default associations. Hopefully one of these suggestions will work for you. Do let us know how it went please.
