Google Chrome and Shockwave flash player crashes all the time.

Everything is updated, why does it continue to crash?

It appears to be a common problem that Adobe are supposedly aware of.

there is one comprehensive solution i found, and its working fine: can avoid other stuff in it but the solution steps are ok:
