    Serious problem, Windows live mail

I am haveing trouble with Windows Live Mail sending e-mails 10 to 20 times and the recipient can not open any of them. It seems to be mainly e-mails with Video Clips and Photos attached. I don't know whether somebody sent me a bug or if it is a fault in the computer. It is a Dell computer and brand new in Feb 2011.

I don't have an answer for you yet.
I'd like to acquire clarification from you ....
    1. Recipient cannot open what ? The e-mails or the attachments ?
    2. Does this problem happen on one particular recipient or all recipients ?
    3. Ask you recipient if there was an error message when trying to open, and if yes, what was the message.
    4. How large were the video/photo attachments, in terms of KB or MB ?

Hello T-4-2, as near as I cxan get these are the answers to your questions.

    (1) They get it 10 to 20 times without the attachment and a blank page.
    (2) All or most of recipients
    (3) There is no attachment for them to try and open
    (4) The latest E-mails had a video clip of 2.1 & 3 Kb

    Cheers......Simo

    1. Do you send by HTML or Plain Text ?
If Plain Text, try HTML instead.

( I am using WLM 2009 version. So, my step-by-step may not be the same as 2011 version )
Open WLM > Tools > Options > Send > under Mail sending format, select HTML > OK

    2. Just to leave no stone unturned .....
Use one of those e-mails your recipients were unable to open > e-mail it back to yourself > can you open it ?
