Can't send e-mail using Windows Live Mail

I can receive e-mails but I cannot send any e-mails. When I press the new e-mail button this message pops up: A problem occured while trying to open this message. A problem has occurred. Please try again.

I have checked all of the server information. It is all correct. I am in an office with 4 other people and we all use the same e-mail provider. Noone else is experiencing this issue.

this might sound weird... Close live mail, then when you open live mail again... give it a minute or 2 to fully initialize before hitting the new mail button.

It takes a while for it to completely load and initialize it's .pst/.ost files. There are rumors that you can run Ccleaner against the apps and registry to help the issue (not proven).

It doesn't sound weird but i have had the mail open all morning and it still does the same thing. Thanks for the suggestions though.

    try running: CCleaner - Download
