    You know Rich, I really don't know what I'm doing here, I thought I was going to
    do some cleaning of my files...I'm ' Lost Now '. I dunno if I'm Coming or Going
    with all this ' Tech Stuff '.

    Lets go slow then. CCleaner is just cleaning up the garbage on your computer. Is that done?

    I ran into a bit of a problem here for some odd reason I had to login again forgot password and go through a wait anyways...

    Yes, I got the garbage cleaned up ( what a mess ).
    Now what do I do? Now thata's out of the way.

    OK,
    Test ccleaner and see if the problem still exists. In the registry section make sure that you uncheck all the registry items and in the main section make sure that all cookie entries are checked and that system temporary files are checked.
