    No guarantees. Try this ....

Open your webpage, any one > Tools > Internet Options > under Appearance, click Fonts > under Webpage font, scroll down and select Times New Roman > click OK > OK.

    Does it work ?

There's fix that just came out for IE9 that has to do with certain fonts and sizes being displayed incorrectly. It should have come through your Windows update.

Text displayed in some core fonts appears blurred in Internet Explorer 9 on a computer that is running Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7, or Windows Server 2008 R2

Try the update & nothing hapend , all soo the font is already on Times New Roman , & I don't think it's from browser because this hapens all so in firefox. My be it's something to do with the clear tipes , try to reset fonts but didn't work. Even replace all the font folder with the one from my pc & nothing hapend. Can this have to do something with clear types?
