Windows 7: Internet Explorer 9 (64-bit)

Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate: x64 (SP1)
Internet Explorer 9 (64-bit)

Hello people!

I noticed while I'm on YouTube with IE9 64-bit, there's sometimes some really small lags. This can happen if I change between tabs and then return to YouTube, or it can just happen just while watching.
But mostly, it happens when changing tabs. My flash should be up-to-date as well.

Is it normal what i'm experiencing?

Have you tried IE-9 32bit? The 64-bit version was not updated with the newest engine that the 32bit has as Microsoft did not see a need to put the effort in the 64-bit version.

Also Adobe hasn't updated the 64bit Flash since Nov. 30, 2010.

All the Flash security issues since Nov. 30, 2010 have not been dealt with in this version.
You can read for yourself make and last version date.
