Windows 7: 32vs64 bit Internet Explorer 9 pinned

32vs64 bit Internet Explorer 9 pinned

I am not sure if this has been posted before or not

I Noticed that when you right click a taskbar pinned 64bit IE9, you get the open IE browser button and the unpin IE from taskbar button.

With the 32 bit version, it gives a whole bunch of other options though, such as in private browsing, among others. Whats up with that?

It's because the 64-bit version doesn't have as many add-ons as the 32-bit version and there are still compatibility issues (Adobe Flash in particular) with IE9 x64.

Interesting article here that gives some insight into the differences between the two platforms:

thanks. I don't understand though, apart from having a lack of 64bit support, why microsoft wouldn't include all aspects of the 32bit browser into the 64bit browser. Makes little sense
