Windows 7: Copy Emails from Imported Folders

I exported my Vista Windows Mail folders and messages and imported them into WLM's Imported folders as Shawn's How To... post instructs.

How do I copy them to WLM's regular folders For Email?

Create sub-folder for each contact .....
Open WLM > right click at your account > New folder > enter name of a contact, i. e. Mary Jo
Go to the Imported folder > right click at Mary Jo's folder, if you have one made for her in Windows Mail, if not, right click at Mary Jo's e-mails > click Move To > navigate to Mary Jo's sub-folder > click Move.

If you do not have Move To option in your rightb click menu....

Drag/drop has one shortcoming. It has the potential danger of dropping to the wrong folder if you let go the HOLD too soon, not to mention it is tiring to HOLD when you have a lot messages to drag/drop.
Move To or Copy To in the link I gave you is the safest and fastest way to tranfer quantity of messages of an entire folder.

Drag and drop groups of emails within the main WLM window to newly created sub-folders of the account you want to associate them with. You can later delete the now-empty imported folders in the storage area.
