This is most probably malware activity
    Boot in safemode with networking
Download and install Malwarebytes, update it then run a full system scan
    This should fix your issue

    Moreover Reset Internet Explorer

Welcome to Seven Forums psvalent05. It's possible you may have a version of a TDSS/TDL3 Rootkit that may not be detected by your AV/antimalware protections. This symptom can be caused by many different types of malware, but if you do have a TDSS/TDL3 rootkit, you can try this Kaspersky tool specifically designed for it.

How to remove malware belonging to the family Rootkit.Win32.TDSS (aka Tidserv, TDSServ, Alureon)?

It only takes a few minutes to run, and would not harm anything if no infection was found. A Guy
