Email signature - no Tools menu

    Email signature - no Tools menu


    I am trying to set up an email signature on windows live mail, but I do not have a Tools menu to find the option in.

    Where can I find the Tools menu - or is there another way to create a signature?

    Click on the down-arrow to the right of 'Options' in the upper-right hand corner of your Windows Live Mail page. Select 'More Options' then go to Writing Email and select Message font and signature.

    Thanks for the reply - I must be really stupid, but I just can't see the option you're talking about. Could you do a screen shot for me?

    In Windows Live Select the File button, then select options, then finally mail (Image attached). You should then see a signatures tab.

Hi, i was able to create a signature file but it works only for new emails and not for responses. Using a text (instead of file) signature worked for both new emails and for responses. Does anyone know if signature file can be used for responses ?

In windows 7, how do put a signature on the bottom of my emails, so there will be there on all my emails i send out.
I'm having a heck of a time changing my signature that others see when I send them mail. I've changed the account info but can't figure out where to go to change the sig. I have windows 7. Any help will do, thanks A newbie to the computer world.. Tony
I've noticed that Windows 7 doesn't seem to like the Menu bar and it hides it from users unless they hit *alt* which briefly brings it back. How do I lock this in place? I got to view and toolbars, but manu bar is not an option and there is no way to lock it there. please advise. (File Edit View...
