What specifically do you mean by "not displaying"? Is it presenting a page stating that the page could not be found when attempting to browse, is it presenting a blank page, etc? IE does any number of things when it has trouble with web pages, so knowing specifically what it is doing will help us help you.

    IE 9 not displaying webpages

When I start IE 9 connected by Broad Band internet I get the following error message.:

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

    What you can try:

    Diagnose Connection Problems

    More information

This is the message I get despite my trying to do my best whatever little I know.It was working fine since more than a year it started only 3 days back and to my surprise it dispaled again once and now it is not displaying .I do not know how to uninstall and install it again. When I tried to install it says the recent prog is alreay installed .Please guide me and advise how this error can be rectified. All my browsers are working fine. Why I want to use IE is I can see the web pages I have visited again offline, where as it is not possible for me to see them if I use other browsers.
    thanks

Interesting. I think it's worth getting a fiddler log of this - download and install fiddler, then launch fiddler and click the "launch IE" button to start IE. Reproduce the issue, and then click File > Save and save the log to a file. At that point, the saved .saz file can be uploaded here for analysis.

A fiddler log is not likely to be helpful in this case, so instead I would strongly recommend using the flash uninstaller from Adobe to remove flash completely, reboot, and then download the installation for flash from Adobe for Windows/IE and install again.
