    Email printing

Hi,I'm using windows 7 home premium,I have a samsung ML 1660 laser printer installed and set as default. Now over the last day or two I'm unable to print out my emails from Windows live mail,Its been working well.Did a system restore to try a fix also tried microsoft Mr Fixit but no luck. Also when I look in devices and printers folder it shows up the printer with a tick showing default,Then beside that there is a greyed out printer of the same with 'copy 1' underneath it. I also had a box popping up on screen ''Script error''Yellow triangle'top left. Line 2107 Char 1 error Invalid procedure call or argument Code 0 URL:res//ieframe.dll/preview.js
Do you want to continue running scripts on this page YES NO. Can someone please be of any help to me on this matter. Thanks.

The greyed out symbol means the printer is offline (or a previous install that is no longer available). Since your default printer is not greyed out (Ready) it should work. You did not say if it works independently of emails. To test the printer you can right click the printer icon and choose the middle option in the list called "Printer Properties". The next page will offer a "test" button. Does it only fail to work for WLM but still prints web pages and text files ok?

WLM can be repaired by highlighting Windows Live Essentials in Programs and Features and choosing the "Repair" option. It will repair all the installed components of Essentials, including Mail.
