Outlook express folders to Outlook 2003
Question: I am helping a friend set up his new Dell desktop and we installed Office 2003 with outlook. His old computer had Outlook express and I was able to move most of his files and all of his wifes files including the folders, but cannot move is folders. I think before I figured out how to move this (by installing outlook on the old computer and then moving the files to the new computer) I had backed up all his folders on a external hard drive. I can see the folders on the hard drive but cannot get them to install on either the old outlook expess or new computer. Any suggestions on how to recover the folders?
