Microsoft Updates Core System Fonts To Fix Blurred Fonts Issues

Add-ons, extensions and tweaks were discovered that resolved the issues on most systems. Firefox users could for instance install the Anti-Aliasing Tuner to improve the font rendering in their browser, Internet Explorer users a dll wrapper. Source

OK, sorry, I thought it was just an extra update like you see sometimes. It searched my system for updates, then asked me if I wanted to continue, then went through the install and required a restart. Looks like I have it twice now, lol
