    youtube and google

Hello, so I have 3 gmail accounts. One for work related, one for general purpose and one for youtube because of the whole forced link thing. A few questions about this linking thing.
1)Why doens't youtube know I'm already signed in with the account? I log in with the account linked to youtube, but if I decide to visit youtube the sight doesn't see I'm logged into that account already. And if I log out of youtube it closes all my open gmail accounts.
2)I have the settings to allow multiple accounts to logged in at once, but why does closing one close the whole thing?

I'm not sure if I'm being helpful or not, but this forum is more dedicated to the actual computer, and this section to the actual browser. You'd have more luck googling your questions than posting it here. Just sayin...

Author - Google and YouTube are quite buggy when it comes to logging in. So it is not your fault or anything.

i've had that issue, i had a gmail account and a youtube account in the same name, and it caused them to have a bad do (like when u google google) they just didnt like it, not very user friendly when they 'joined' so u could sign in with either account to each others site.

I realize that I was just hoping someone here had the same experience and could help. Sometimes those other forums don't have the same quality of helpfulness that I've experienced here. As for Googling. That doesn't always yield the results I'm looking for.
