Trouble with blocked account
Hi guys i was talking to a curry's technician about my problem and he told me if i cant get help through normal channels to come here and seek help.
Basically my problem is with my hotmail account. About a week and abit ago my account got either hacked or attacked by a bot because it sent out those annoying emails where it tells your contacts to click on a link and if they do spreads this annoying thing to them. Now i didnt click on any link but i was on a family laptop so i have a feeling it wasnt properly virused checked and got on my account through that laptop. I was told about an hour after it had happened by a friend so i logged on changed my password and deleted all the emails i could.
About a day after I get told that i cant get into my email due to it being blocked (even though i was still logged in but i logged out to test this and then couldnt get back in)
It told me my account had been compromised and that it was blocked which was fine because i had and i totally understood why.
However it told me to contact support to unblock it so i did and heard nothing back within a 48 hour period (even though it said it would be sorted within 24)
I then tried again and after 3 tries and a week and a half later i just dont know what to do.
When i read the forum support it just says change your password which i did and doesnt really help with unblocking my account. I wouldn't mind but this account is part of my xbox live account so i cant change it and is part of many online stores i have used so i need it unblocked just so i can change the email they use.
If you guys could help me i would really appriciate it seeing as microsoft support havent even bothered to get in contact and even say i didnt supply enough information (which i have with past passwords, bank card details, contacts, secret answer i just dont know what more they would need)
My account is [removed](yes i know its terrible i made when i was in school its so embarrasing i know =p)
Also my issue number is 19324574.
Many thanks Shawn
