Windows 7: Another Flash Player problem

Another Flash Player problem

I have recently done a fresh install of Win 7 Ultimate and IE9. When I try to play a movie in IE9 (for example Youtube) I get the message: "You need to upgrade your adobe flash player to view this video".

I have seen many threads on this forum with similar probs but not exact. I have uninstalled FP using Adobe Uninstaller, checked my Macromedia folders are empty and installed FP version 10.3.183.5.

It's strange because it worked fine last week before I had to re-install for other reasons. Does Windows ever install 100% properly? Not for me - ever.

Make sure IE9's Activex filtering isn't blocking the videos.

Im not sure where to post this. (I think it is a Flash player problem)
imgur: the simple image sharer <- This happens when I full screen and then minimize it but it doesn't happen all the time. I have had previous problems with BSOD involving graphics driver(video) and tons of BSOD involving Adobe flash player. I'm not sure how to troubleshoot the problem.
