Outlook 2010 New Email

When I select 'New Email' (to create a new e-mail) or "Reply" the template does not come up on the screen.

When I go to the task bar I can see the templates but they won't appear on the screen.

Can you take a screen capture of what you are seeing, and then post it here?

Golden --- There is nothing that I can capture. The 'New Mail' template does not appear on the screen. It stays on the 'Inbox'. I can take a screen shot of the bottom of the screen that shows that the template is there. Would that be of help?
