Windows 7: email data, where to find it on hard drive??

Hi there, Im wanting to tranfer lost email folders onto my new computer!
1. old computer running 2 seperate hard drives, one xp one vista, computer crashed!!
2. I have retrieved the hard drives which seem to be working fine.
3 cant find the folders anywhere!!!! looked under /user/app data/etc... but nothing to be found, nothing even close
4. I have read up on tranfering files to mailstore etc.. but I need to find these files first!
5. PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN, THANKYOU IN ADVANCE

Hello Linda, what is the program you are/were using for email? And is it on Vista, or XP (or both)?
