Collecting information from an interactive form via e-mail

My site is working properly, but lately I added a form to inter act with my clients but it seems that it does not work with people that have live mail set on their laptop with windows 7. Every time the click the submit button on my form, live mail starts & opens a new mail window instead of sending the form contents directly to my e-mail address. I am sure that my code is 100% correct in defining the form.

Can anyone help me as quickly as possible please.

Regards
George Guindi

Are you saying that all other email programs (Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail, Thunderbird, installed on Windows 7 work fine with your form and that Windows Live Mail also works fine when set up on XP or Vista? So your only problem is with WLM on Windows 7?

This is only a guess, but WLM has a number of "Safety Options" that have been segregated from the list of other "Options". Perhaps a safety option needs to be changed.
