How to get main toolbar to be stationary again - IE8 My main toolbar at the top of the screen disappears when I first open up IE8. Not sure what I did to cause that. However, if I hover my mouse up near the top, it pops down. How do I make it stay in view all the time? | My System Specs |

Sorry, maybe I didn't make it clear. This problem is found in my browser - Internet Explorer 8.
