Windows 7 - Cursor disappears, then appears again in Chrome

Using Windows 7 Pro SP1, I've been running Google's Chrome browser successfully for months.

Suddenly today, the cursor just disappeared, then randomly reappeared or blinked off and on when I moved the mouse. Other times when moving the mouse it would highlight a menu choice but there was no mouse pointer visible.

I searched Google and it seems to be related to Chromes built in flash. So I launched the Chrome Task Manager, killed the process for Flash and the cursor now acts normally.

However the moment I relaunch Chrome I have the same problem.

What is so odd, is that I use Chrome daily, have the most current version 13.x.x.x.x and haven't installed any new software or made any changes to the computer for months.

I went to the Adobe site, they suggest leaving the included flash alone.

Any ideas, tips or help is appreciated.
