Import bookmarks bar from chrome/firefox to IE9

Hello guys and galls

How do you import the bookmarks bar from chrome/firefox to IE9.I can import the bookmarks bar between firefox and chrome but can't get it over to IE9.It will do all my other folders just not the bar.

Boshko I've gotta be missing something here.This is the simplest thing ever and it just wont work.All other bookmarks form chrome or firefox will import but not the bookmarks bar.They dont even show if I open the html of the exported bookmarks.

This is what I have on the bar in chrome

This is whats in the html
Name:  Capture 2.PNG
Views: 1359
Size:  4.2 KB
Only the last item is in there.
