Windows 7: Browser Live Video Streaming Problem

Hi everyone first of all I'm not shore if I'm in the wright section so please move if not.

I have just built a new pc and the problem i got is when trying to whatch live video Streams on line (live football) from sites that stream live games, though my browsers internet explore 9.0.2 and Google Chrome the stream starts playing for 5-6 sec and then stops say's connecting then play's for 5-6 sec again and stops again (very annoying), i never had this problem whith my old win xp p4 pc.

I have Win 7 64 bit the latest flash player 10,3,183,7 Internet Explore 9.0.2, Google Chrome 13.0.782.220 and Big Pond Ultimate Cable 100 MB Speed and this is my speed test results

Youtube plays fine its just the live streams I'm having problems with which i shouldn't with Ultimate Cable, and as i say above with my old Win XP P4 pc streaming from the same sites wore very smooth on a 8-10 mb connection.

Any advise will be very help full
