    Comcast problem ie32 ie64

    Hi,
I'm having a problem on my main computer running Win7x64Pro.

I cannot login to my comcast account with IE32, but I can with ie64.. althought I use to be able to do it just fine.
Also I tried google chrome, and cannot on this machine login.

On my 2nd computer, Win7x64Home I can do either just fine. ie32 or ie64.
Have no installed or tried google chrome on this machine, as there is no need.

Just dont know what's going on.

Try Start/System Tools/Internet Explorer/No Add-ons. If that works, it may be an IE32 add-on. If not, sometimes a full reset may be worth a try: Tools/Internet_Options/Advanced/Reset (including reset of personal settings).

Turns out it was shockwave player,
I dont think I use it,
but it never had a problem before.
I will look into removing and reinstalling it.

Tried to update shockwave from 10.xx to 11.x,
IE reports it as still being 10.xx .
Works disabled, but effects other sites having it off.

    UPdate,
Found Shockwave Active X Control for IE 11.6 and installed.
It however isn't working either unless Flash Objext player 10.xx is enabled.
Still causing problems with the comcast site for me enabled.

The only Adobe stuff most people need is "Adobe Flash Object" which is the Flash Player. You probably won't miss it if Shockwave is uninstalled.
