I've had the same problem as you, and tried everything in this thread without results. Just now fixed mine, here's how:

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\ and drag the iexplore to your superbar, after unpinning all the other IE's. Right click it, and right click the Internet Explorer in the context menu. Click properties and in the target copy this:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe

Save it, and click the icon again. It will open another copy of IE on your superbar. Unpin the first, and pin this IE. Right click it, go to properties again, and copy the same for the target field. This should open IE9 32 bit by just clicking the pinned IE instead of having to right click and open it that way. Hope this helps.
Ahh, thanks allot man. You're a life saver :)
Now I have to tell everyone in Microsoft Answers that this has been addressed. Thanks again :)
