WLM Server Error 0x800CCC0F

A few days ago I reformatted my computer. It needed it. So everything was going good until i was setting up my WLM. I carefully input all the information. And it gives me this:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Insightbb account. Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.

Server: 'mail.insightbb.com'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0F
Protocol: POP3
Port: 995
Secure(SSL): Yes

I am at a loss because it was working before i reformatted.

Before I did the email I changed my LIVE ID to "collincoulter@insightbb.com" from "halohacker16@comcast.net" we moved from florida and my Comcast email was disabled. So I changed it because I couldn't remember the password right away incase i need to send it.

Im not sure if that has anything to do with it. It's just for signing into MSN. But it said it may affect other Windows/Messenger Apps.

Hi Collin, on the advanced tab, change '465' to '587' and set 'Server Timeouts' to maximum.

I found my problem. I pressed use default ports. And added 587 as the Outgoing. And another part of the problem was my password was wrong. I was using my Windows Live password instead of my InsightBB.

Thank you for your help
