Do you mean Outlook webmail, as in you're accessing Outlook webmail through your browser? Or do you mean Windows Live Mail? There is no Outlook Live Mail.

So the website you're trying to go to is outlook.com. Correct? If so, how is this through your university? If not, what is the address?

Yes, it goes through outlook.com and is a "@live.universityname.com" address. So a windows live address i guess? It works fine on explorer but wont work on FF right now so I am not sure whats going on with it.

Could be either a server or FF problem. It's hard to say. Might be worth mentioning at the very least to your IT department at school in case it's widespread issue and possibly to Mozilla as Boobah stated in case it's a FF issue.

Thanks everyone. Ended up being told just to uninstall ff completely and remove all settings and associated plugins and redo it. Works fine now!
